2d 3d Ltd - AC DC Tour - Large Runaway Train Set piece
- Forced perspective runaway train, made from fibreglass components. As part of a team we made various pattern makes that were then moulded and cast in fibreglass or PU resin.
- The bulk of the train shapes were cut out of polystyrene by a cnc machine, based on a rough model that was 3d scanned. These shapes were then sharpened up and added to before they were moulded.
- The whole train had to disassemble and be re assembled at each venue.
